First unplug your treadmill for safety. Lift the belt slightly and spray a thin, even layer of lubricant along the inner edges and deck beneath the belt. Run the treadmill at a low speed for 2–5 minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant, then wipe off any excess. Repeat every 3–6 months or as recommended by your treadmill manufacturer.
